About ICAPLAST

The history of ICAPLAST dates back to 1999. It is one of the leading producers of plastic pipe systems in Russia with production capacity of approximately 30 000 tons per year. ICAPLAST specializes in production of polyethylene (PE) pipes  for gas and  water supply and polypropylene (PP) double-wall corrugated pipes for sewage systems. ICAPLAST also offers PE  fittings for water supply in diameters from 20 to 1200 mm.

ICAPLAST Quality Management System is certified according to ISO 9001:2008.

The plant is equipped with the most modern European and Canadian production lines and downstream machines.

Our range of products includes:

• PE-100 water supply pipes in diameters from 20 to 1200 mm, designed for pressure up to 20 kg/cm2;
• PE fittings in the same diameters;
• PE-100 gas pipes in diameters from 20 to 630 mm,
• PP double-wall corrugated pipes for sewage in diameters from 160 to 630 mm.

Our key difference and competitive advantage among other industry leaders is more than 10 years experience in production of different types of fittings: elbows, T-pieces, reducers and flange connectors for up to 1200 mm’ diameter pipelines.
